- Coordinate inbound and outbound cargo logistics by booking shipments, arranging transportation, and tracking deliveries to ensure timely and accurate movement of goods
- Liaise with external carriers and customers to provide shipment updates and resolve logistics issues promptly
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation for all logistics activities to support operational transparency
- Assist in preparing reports and analyzing logistics data to identify opportunities for process improvements
- Verify and check freight rates for sales purposes to support pricing accuracy
- Follow up with carriers and airlines to ensure smooth shipment execution and address any delays or concerns
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics or freight forwarding roles to perform core logistics coordination tasks effectively
- Proficiency in logistics management software and MS Office applications to manage shipment data and documentation accurately
- Knowledge of freight forwarding processes, customs regulations, and supply chain management principles to ensure compliance and operational efficiency
