Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and diligent individual who possesses a positive attitude to assist with the HR/Admin & Finance functions. Reporting to Finance Manager, you will be a team player with a willingness to learn and completes your tasks with a sense of urgency.
Responsibilities -
Provide accounting support and report
Basic accounting duties, AP/AR
To ensure the maintenance of the office documents with a proper and orderly filing system in place
To keep track of office supplies/equipment/vendors and source for cost-effective and reliable vendors and suppliers, with proper replenishment and inventory control.
Admin Duties
Assist with other ad-doc finance related duties
Requirement -
At least 1 year of working experience in related fields
At least GCE "O" Level
Proficient in MS Office & Excel
Able to work independently with minimum supervision

Supporting the Sales team in pricing, preparing quotations and estimates for contract negotiations, supporting the negotiation process.
Actively engage with the operations and other departments in defining and documenting standard operating procedures
Develop relationships with customers and generate new business.
Maintaining contacts with airlines, trade, industry and government bodies to keep abreast of information and economy/market development.
Manage daily shipping co-ordination of shipments by air, sea (export/import/3rd party/local delivery)
Maintain consistent communication with our client’s Operations/Customer Service Departments and overseas offices.
Compile Sales Reports for the Management
Any other related duties/projects assigned from time to time to meet the business needs.
Requirements
GCE A Level and above
Good organizational skills as this position requires working with multiple departments and following up with clients and prospects.
