JOB DIMENSION (SCOPE) • Provide full spectrum of HR, including Recruitment & Onboarding, Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution, Benefits & Payroll, Compliance & Policy, Training & Development • Provide guidance to employees in compliance with company policies • Update and maintain relevant HR info databases • Maintain an effective and user-friendly document control and filing system • Participate in continuous improvement on HR work processes and create SOPs and documentations • Assist with MOM related survey, ISO Audit, Bizsafe audit & revelant licenses renewal and update • Support in other ad-hoc HR projects and activities as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS • Minimum Diploma in HR, or Business Administration/ Studies • Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience • Detailed-oriented with strong sense of confidentiality • Pro-active, resourceful and meticulous

Design and plan soil investigation campaign, for site
Perform soil interpretation based on CPTs, Boreholes, Site Investigation in general, Field Vane Shear Test, Laboratory testing;
Perform geotechnical design calculations, with both FEM and analytical models, such as but not limited to: global stability calculations, bearing capacity calculations for both deep and shallow foundations, pile driving
Perform settlement calculations and assess strength development under surcharge based on Terzaghi Theory, Asaoka theory, Isotach Theory.
Support the construction activities
Prepare calculation reports / Technical notes, and review those prepared by other team members.
Supervise and review drawings prepared by draftsmen
Perform site inspections
Liaise and establish bond with the other departments, sub-contractors and our consultant.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by your Supervisor / Manager.
