ROLE OVERVIEW:
The F&B Crew is responsible for delivering friendly, efficient, and high‑quality service to customers. The role requires a customer‑oriented mindset, team work, good personal grooming, and the ability to work on rotational shifts in a fast‑paced environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Customer Service
- Greet customers warmly and attend to their needs in a polite and professional manner
- Take orders accurately and provide product knowledge when required
- Serve food and beverages according to service standards
- Handle customer feedback or complaints calmly and escalate when necessary
- Ensure a positive dining experience for all customers
Operations & Service Support
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, counters, and service stations
- Support kitchen or bar team when required
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards at all times
- Comply with company SOPs and service guidelines
Teamwork
- Work closely with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Be flexible to assist indifferent service areas when required
- Communicate clearly with supervisors and colleagues
