Primary Function of Position:
The Asia Sales Operation Analyst supports the Asia FSO team in driving operational efficiency and providing data-driven insights for commercial planning and decision-making. This role focuses on sales operations, reporting, and analysis across the Asia region, working closely with regional commercial leaders to enable informed decision-making and business growth.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret business data to provide actionable insights for commercial strategy and operational efficiency.
- Assist in developing commercial reporting tools and dashboards that track performance against Intuitive’s commercial fundamentals (e.g., surgeon adoption, training productivity, sales contribution).
- Partner with regional teams to prepare presentations and reports for executive leadership and board-level discussions.
- Monitor market trends and business performance to identify risks and opportunities, providing recommendations to management.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of operational reporting.
- Support initiatives that improve sales operations processes and enhance business partner decision-making.
Skills / Job Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or related fields.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (Tableau preferred).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High curiosity and aptitude for identifying trends, outliers, and relationships in data.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or Data Analytics preferred.
