Roles& Responsibilities
Tender quantity taking off and calling quotation
Prepare, negotiate and evaluate cost for subcontractor works
Perform contract administration including but not limiting to valuation of payments and variations claims in accordance to contract requirements
Attend site meetings and consultant VO meetings
Prepare and submit monthly progress main claim and VO costing to consultants
Coordinate with site for project, subcon and contractual issues
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior
Requirements:-
Possess a Diploma/ Degree (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying/ Building/ Engineering from a recognized Institution
Min 2 Years of Quantity Surveying Experience as QS or similar duties with fair knowledge of Construction Details and Process
Able to work independently
Team player with Positive learning and Positive working attitude
Able to work under tight deadline with less supervision
