ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform equipment repair, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and installations.
• Assist the Manager/Assistant Manager with planning, scheduling, and completing preventive maintenance programs.
• Support coordination of equipment logistics, including pickup, delivery, and installation.
• Maintain service documentation, records, and reports on breakdowns, installations, and preventive maintenance.
• Assist in monitoring spare parts and machinery inventory and coordinate ordering with management.
• Mentor and provide guidance to technicians and contractors as needed.
• Support customer service requests, including escalation and issue resolution.
• Assist with administrative tasks and ad-hoc duties, including KPI and Scorecard reporting.
• Willingness to obtain BizSafe Level 2 certification.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

• ITE or equivalent qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, Air-Conditioning, or related technical fields.
• Hands-on experience in basic air-conditioning, refrigeration, or general equipment service and maintenance.
• Ability to supervise and guide a small team of technicians effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for reporting and documentation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills.
