Job Requirements:
1. To provide installation and teach of Kawasaki, Yaskawa and Brooks robot
2. To troubleshoot robot error and alarm on site at customer’s
3. Preference to have ability to overhaul do service, but not necessary
Duties and responsibilities:
1. Provide overhaul service including warranty for robot
2. Provide technical support to customer for robots installation, teaching and troubleshooting
3. Respond to after sales support for customer on robot troubleshooting
4. Support onsite installation and troubleshooting of robot within or out of working hours
5. Manage warehouse stocks and overhaul kits
6. Create or modify update SOPs for robot overhaul services
7. Meet KPI for overhaul of robot
8. Reports to Manager if faced with any issues with robots or end users
9. To complete any assignment or tasks given by Manager
