Key Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue objectives for the Singapore market.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow and strengthen customer relationships.
- Analyse sales performance, market trends, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and drive business growth.
- Build, maintain, and enhance long-term relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, and key customers.
- Plan, organise, and execute marketing activities for assigned products, including product launches, workshops, Continuing Medical Education (CME) programmes, seminars, exhibitions, and other promotional events.
- Identify, develop, and manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to support business and marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure the effective execution of sales and marketing strategies.
- Prepare sales forecasts, customer reports, and market feedback to support business planning.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Company from time to time.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in any discipline (Biomedical Science, Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, or related fields are an advantage).
- Sales experience in the medical or healthcare industry is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence (preferred).
- Willing to travel within Singapore to visit customers.
