Role and Responsibilities
Supervise and lead the construction team to lay down construction milestones.
Manage construction activities, ensuring timely and smooth progress of the operations.
Monitor and ensure subcontractors comply with specified requirements.
Identify and comply with all applicable statutory / regulatory requirements and safety related to project.
Coordination and sequencing of works of different sub-contractors.
Respond swiftly to work delays, emergencies and other problems.
Clear communication to external parties including client, sub-contractors, consultant, vendor etc on project needs, requirements and schedule by means of daily construction oversight.
Report daily operation to Operation Manager
Requirements
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree Holder
Minimum 10 years' experience
Excellent project management skills
Team leadership
Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, POS)

Ensure proper housekeeping of spare parts, equipment and tools.
Help to conduct fault analysis and testing of mechanical and electrical systems.
Oversee the work of contractors outside the mechanical and electrical team to ensure safety requirements and operating standards are met.
Perform corrective maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems.
Perform preventive maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems.

Requirements

Role and Responsibilities
To co-ordinate with the clients, subcontractors, and consultants on project matters
Management, supervision and coordination of construction activities.
Supervise team members, subcontractors and daily work activities on one or more project site(s) allocated.
To ensure supervisors and workers meets client & regulatory requirements, environmental, safety and health requirements
Monitor progress at site and put up progress claim.
Coordinate and assist QS and Project Manager on project progress and claims.
Other adhoc duties by management assigned from time to time.
Participate in project design meetings and propose improvements.
Evaluate potential problems and technical hitches and develop solutions.
Plan and manage team goals, project schedules and new information.
Manage project-related paperwork.
Direct project correspondences by preparing and reviewing project proposals, memos, meeting minutes and emails.
Communicate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years' experience in site coordination.
