Job Summary
You will work at a kiosk to scoop ice cream, prepare coffee using recipes, maintain cleanliness, and manage inventory and stocktaking.
Responsibilities
Scoop ice cream accurately to meet customer orders
Prepare coffee by following established recipes to ensure consistent quality
Maintain the kiosk in a clean and organized condition throughout operating hours
Conduct inventory checks and perform stocktaking to manage supplies effectively
Deliver friendly and attentive customer service to enhance customer satisfaction
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Demonstrate customer orientation by engaging positively with customers and addressing their needs
Possess prior experience in food and beverage (F&B) operations to perform tasks efficiently
