Job Responsibilities:
Assist in daily logistics operations, including shipment coordination, delivery scheduling, and order processing
Prepare and update documentation such as invoices, delivery orders, and reports
Liaise with drivers, warehouse staff, and external vendors to ensure smooth operations
Monitor and track shipment status to ensure timely delivery
Support inventory management, stock checks, and filing of records
Handle administrative tasks and provide general support to the logistics team
Job Requirements:
Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level / Diploma or equivalent
Preferably with some experience in logistics, shipping, or warehouse coordination (fresh graduates are welcome)
