1. Licensing & Regulatory Engagement

• A degree holder with at least 4 years of AML/KYC compliance experience in banks and/or CPA firms (Big 4), preferably in corporate banking/private banking with prior experience in transaction monitoring/STR.
• Self-starter with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good analytical and problem solving ability.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin to liaise with internal and external Chinese stakeholders.

Jobscope

• Revise and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Review executed Manufacturing Batch Record (MBR)/Electronic Manufacturing Batch Record (EBR) and Batch Release
• Support manufacturing team with any quality interpretation, queries and issues
• Provide quality oversight (participate GEMBA walk, GMP Walk)
• Perform archival of Quality Operation related documents
• To support Quality operational tasks (such as Improvements project for Batch release)

Requirements

• Experience in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical or biologics manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to interpret and apply quality standards accurately.
