Manage all procurement activities for the company, including raw materials, office supplies, lab equipment, and other operational needs.

Assist the Vice General Manager with OA claims and reimbursement matters.
协助副总经理处理 OA 报销事务。
Perform any other duties as assigned by the Project Manager or Management.
完成项目经理或管理层安排的其他相关工作。
Requirements
Minimum Diploma qualification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Materials Management, Business, or a related field. Relevant experience in purchasing or procurement will be an advantage.
至少具备供应链管理、物流、物料管理、商业或相关专业大专学历，具采购相关经验者优先。
At least 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the F&B, flavor, fragrance, food ingredients, chemical, or related industries.
至少拥有 2 至 3 年相关工作经验，具食品、香精香料、食品配料、化工或相关行业经验者优先。
Able to work independently and possess strong problem-solving skills.

Meticulous, proactive, and with strong follow-up skills.

Proficient in both Mandarin and English to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients and handle Chinese documentation.
需具备中英文沟通能力，以便与中文客户沟通并处理中文文件。
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
