We are seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to lead daily site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and timely project delivery through effective supervision, coordination, and resource management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage on-site construction activities to complete work on schedule and meet project specifications
• Coordinate workflow with site workers, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain project progress
• Monitor project timelines and daily work progress, reporting issues or delays to the Project Manager
• Enforce compliance with workplace safety and health (WSH) standards, regulations, and company policies
• Conduct site inspections to identify and resolve potential issues proactively
• Manage site materials and equipment to minimize wastage and optimize resource use

Required competencies and certifications

Job Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or related fields; PE Board recognized degree is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry, with strong M&E project management expertise and at least one completed project cycle.
• Possess Green Mark Accredited Professional (GMAP) certification is a plus.
• Experience with  HDB projects is a plus.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit, BIM software, or other M&E design tools.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills, with the ability to supervise teams and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• In-depth knowledge of M&E systems, installation methods, and industry standards.
