Key Responsibilities
• Machine Operation: Operating, monitoring, and maintaining production machinery and equipment.
• Production Execution: Following work orders, blueprints, or Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to produce, assemble, or process materials.
• Quality Control: Conducting visual inspections, testing components, and reporting defects to supervisors.
• Material Handling: Preparing raw materials for production and packing/labelling finished products.
• Maintenance & Housekeeping: Performing basic maintenance on equipment and keeping workstations clean
Job Requirements
• Education: Typically minimum Nitec in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering,
SPM, or GCE O-Level.
• Experience: 1–2 years of relevant work experience in manufacturing is often
preferred, but many positions accept entry-level candidates with training
provided.
• Skills: Basic mechanical skills, computer literacy for systems like SAP, and
ability to read production drawings.
• Physical Ability: Capability to work in cleanroom environments, perform
repetitive tasks, and stand for long hours.
