Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations & Compliance:

• Manage all MOM-related activities including EP, S Pass, and Work Permit applications, renewals, cancellations, and quota management.
• Ensure compliance with MOM employment mandates, including TAFEP and TADM guidelines.
• Maintain accurate employee records in accordance with Singapore employment laws.

Payroll & Vendor Management:

Job Summary

Provide senior‑level ownership of materials planning and execution to support daily production operations. This role ensures on‑time material availability, robust Kanban and Min–Max control, and rapid response to production needs, while driving continuous improvement in production support materials processes and supply chain performance.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary materials planning lead supporting daily production execution.
