About the Role

Opus Media SG is an integrated marketing agency seeking a hands-on Social Media Marketing Executive to support campaign execution, content coordination, and performance reporting across client accounts. This is an execution-focused, project coordination role; you will work across multiple platforms and client accounts under the supervision of the Business Director, with increasing ownership as competency is demonstrated.
This position is offered under the WSG Mid-Career Pathways Programme (MCPP) and is open to Singaporean Citizens and Permanent Residents aged 40 and above.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management & Coordination

• Manage content schedules across multiple social media platforms including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, and Xiao Hong Shu
• Coordinate campaign deliverables between internal creative teams and clients
• Maintain editorial calendars and ensure timely publication of content
• Support community management activities across client accounts
• Assist in campaign briefing processes and liaise with relevant stakeholders

Campaign Execution

• Translate client briefs into structured content plans
• Set up, publish, and monitor paid media campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
• Coordinate production logistics for video and photo content shoots
• Track campaign timelines and escalate risks or delays to supervisors
• Apply platform-appropriate content strategies aligned to audience behaviour

Performance Reporting & Optimisation

• Analyse campaign performance data using platform-native analytics and third-party reporting tools
• Prepare structured campaign performance reports with data-driven insights for client delivery
• Identify underperforming creatives or targeting parameters and propose optimisation recommendations
• Track and interpret KPIs including reach, impressions, engagement rate, cost-per-click (CPC), and return on ad spend (ROAS)
• Present findings clearly to internal stakeholders and clients

Requirements

Essential

• Familiarity with at least one major social media platform (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, or Xiao Hong Shu) as a user or in a professional capacity
• Comfortable working with data; ability to read basic performance metrics and draw observations
• Strong organisational skills; able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
• Good written and verbal communication in English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Advantageous (not required)

• Prior exposure to Meta Ads Manager or LinkedIn Campaign Manager
• Experience with content scheduling tools (e.g. Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, Iconosquare)
• Background in marketing, communications, events, or project coordination
• Familiarity with Xiao Hong Shu or TikTok content formats

Your Job

As a Planner/Senior Planner at Molex Singapore, your role will revolve around coordinating and expediting the flow of work and materials within or between departments based on daily and weekly production schedules. You will liaise with department supervisors to ensure work progress and timely completion of tasks, support subcontract services, manage material master updates, and address production challenges. Additionally, you will independently handle customer interactions, contributing to efficient production and operational excellence.

Our Team

This role is part of the DSS Division at Molex Singapore, where you will work closely with various internal departments, including operations, engineering, quality assurance, and supply chain teams. You will also interact with external stakeholders like component and assembly subcontractors and external warehouses, ensuring seamless coordination across the production process. The team thrives on collaboration and is dedicated to delivering high-quality results and customer satisfaction.

What You Will Do

• Prepare and manage production schedules, prioritizing job orders to ensure plan versus actual achievements (SAP/Fusion APS).
• Review production backlogs and work closely with in-house production, assembly planners, and buyers to resolve overdue orders or implement alternative solutions to meet customer requirements.
• Collaborate with operations teams, including engineering and quality assurance, to eliminate quality obstacles and enable smooth production.
• Coordinate with MIE and production teams to schedule sample runs and address process improvements.
• Oversee raw material and subcon component shortages, liaising with assembly planners to facilitate production recovery and alternative planning.
• Manage complex product lines by providing end-to-end services from component planning to finished goods.
• Independently engage with customers to address requirements and ensure satisfaction.
• Evaluate capacity requirements versus availability for assigned product lines, identifying deviations and recommending adjustments or capacity expansions as needed.
• Support GS&OP monthly cadence, ensuring accurate work center maintenance and optimizing available capacities (OEE/POEE performance tracking).
• Align delivery schedules with lead time requirements to achieve delivery goals.
• Control inventory levels by minimizing surplus, slow-moving, and excess inventories, while preventing under-stocking to maintain delivery commitments.
• Update and maintain material master views for new and existing parts and coordinate clean-up of obsolete (OBS) parts.
• Analyze capacity alerts, inventory levels, and exception reports, categorizing slow-moving stock and providing scrap or disposal recommendations as necessary.
• Support lean projects, new system development, and plant product pruning initiatives for better machine utilization.
• Liaise with QA and shipping departments to execute shipments, ensuring billing and customer shipment targets are met.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Diploma or higher in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a production planning or related role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, with a solid understanding of ERP systems.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess capacity planning and inventory management challenges effectively.

Working Day&Hours: 5 days (Office Hours)

Key Duties:

• Oversee daily project operations and ensure work is executed according to plan.

• Coordinate with internal teams (Engineering, QA, Design, etc.) to resolve project issues.

• Review and manage project documentation, drawings, and installation records.

• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards on-site.

• Support process improvements, tools maintenance, and implementation of work instructions.

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma in Engineering, Project Management, or related field 

• Min. 3 years of relevant project coordination/site experience 

Project Management

• Manage sub-projects from end-to-end, under the oversight of the core team
• Track and manage project deliverables to ensure they are on time, on track, and aligned to requirements
• Coordinate with stakeholders to monitor progress, align expectations, and ensure timely communication of updates and milestones
• Prepare proposals and supporting materials based on inputs and requirements to facilitate discussions and decision-making
• Support project administration, including documentation, records management, and coordination of implementation, events, and engagement activities

Internal communications

• Develop visually appealing and effective communication materials (i.e. electronic direct mail (EDMs), newsletters, internal memos, and other engagement materials)
• Ensure that the message conveyed in communication materials are clear and concise, complementing the visual designs to enhance overall communication
• Perform basic monitoring and analysis of engagement material performance metrics (i.e. track click through rates) 
• Provide support in SharePoint page development & maintenance for CDOO and Data Community
• Maintain the newly developed intranet page

Procurement Support

• Provide procurement support which covers, but is not limited to seeking and comparing quotations in compliance with HPB's Procurement Guidelines
• Provide support in procuring of prizes for CDOO events and quizzes

Administrative tasks

• Tracking of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of relevant data initiatives for reporting
• Any other administrative duties or tasks as assigned from time to time

Requirements:

• At least Diploma from a recognized institution or with 3 years of work experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in internal communications experience (i.e creating effective & visually appealing communication materials such as EDMs, newsletters, internal memos, and other engagement materials)
• At least 2 years of proven project management experience (e.g. driving small-scale projects end-to-end, coordinating with stakeholders, and managing timelines)
• Proficiency in Canva and other relevant design or communication tools  
• Ability to distil complex concepts into clear, simpler and actionable messages
• Excellent communication skills, with minimally 1 year of experience developing presentation decks and proposal
• Team player who can also work independently
• Knowledge or experience in data and/or digital domains is preferred
