Your Responsibilities

• Engage customers at events, campaigns, and roadshows
• Present and explain product features confidently
• Support sales and marketing activities through face-to-face engagement
• Work closely with a motivated and supportive team
• Participate in training to improve communication and sales skills

Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment activities, including job postings, interview scheduling, and onboarding coordination

• Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files

• Support payroll preparation, attendance tracking, and leave management

• Assist with work pass applications, renewals, and related documentation (if applicable)

• Handle employee enquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures

• Support implementation of HR policies, procedures, and internal communications

• Coordinate training programs, staff meetings, and HR-related events

• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company regulations

• Perform general administrative duties and other HR tasks as assigned
