This is an exciting opportunity to join our Core Finance practice in Singapore for a period of 12 to 24 months.

This role is ideally suited to a mid- to senior-level finance lawyer looking to gain international experience and expand their exposure to cross-border financing transactions across Asia. Key Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

• Administers and monitors transactional collateral for commodity structured trade finance.
• Responsible for transactional and operational integrity of the credit facility structure especially in areas of settlement risk, operational risk, and performance risk.
• Work closely with Relationship Managers, back-office operations and Credit Risk Managers (CRM) as well as sales and product to coordinate and leverage on the expertise of each party.
• Ensures that all credit policies, NPAs, and SOPs are adhered to and update all transactions.
• To deliver structured trade finance services to clients in accordance with established quality, service standards and established procedures, policy, and standards.

ROLE SUMMARY

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with deep functional expertise in Trade Finance and Supply Chain Finance (SCF) to lead requirements, solutioning and functional delivery on global product builds and bank implementations. The role sits at the intersection of banking business knowledge and software product engineering: eliciting and shaping requirements, translating complex trade and SCF business processes into product capabilities and configurations, and steering functional delivery from discovery through UAT and go-live. • Provide regional HR support to subsidiaries, including full-spectrum HR business partnering support to the subsidiary.
• Support HR operations for the subsidiary in accordance with established standard operating procedures.
• Handle payroll administration, leave management, and taxation matters for both local employees and expatriates at the subsidiary.
• Coordinate with auditors on payroll audit matters for the subsidiary.
• Support the subsidiary’s annual salary review and promotion exercises.
• Assist the Manager in reviewing and enhancing employee compensation and benefits programs for the subsidiary.
• Perform any other HR-related duties as assigned by the Manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of HR generalist experience, including exposure to regional payroll administration and compensation & benefits.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Singapore for a Finance & Administrative Assistant / Executive depending on experience.

Duties and responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day finance & administrative tasks such as managing billing processes, assisting with invoicing, maintaining financial records
• Ensuring accuracy in documentation
• Provide administrative support to ensure seamless office operations
• Collaborating effectively with internal teams to meet organizational objectives

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Administrative Processes and experience in Administrative Assistance
• Proficiency in handling Billing Processes and Invoicing
• Familiarity with basic Finance concepts and practices
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel) and familiarity with accounting software
• Experience in the automotive or mobility sector is a plus
• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is a plus

Responsibilities

• Managing and handle full set of accounts including Account Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger and Bank Reconciliation.
• Perform timely month-end financial statements and consolidation reports
• Involve budgeting and forecasting and cash flow management
• Liase with external auditors and tax agents in year end audit
• Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by Management

Requirement

• Min Degree in Accountancy/Finance or relevant
• Min 2 years of experience in Full Set of Accounts
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Program and Accounting Software
