We are looking for a focused and reliable Accounts Clerk to manage our Singapore office accounts and administration. Responsibilities:

• Account Management: Take full responsibility for daily bookkeeping and accounting functions. Ensure all financial records are accurate and kept up to date.

• Compliance & Reporting: Prepare monthly CPF contributions and quarterly GST submissions. Ensure all records are organized for year-end statutory filing.

• Invoicing & Receivables: Issue invoices, generate Statements of Account (SOA), and monitor customer payment statuses.

• Factory Liaison: Coordinate with our China factory regarding production costing, budgeting, and intercompany record-matching.

• Admin/HR Support: Manage office filing, basic HR administrative tasks, and other ad-hoc office duties.

Requirements:

• Qualification: Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Experience: Proven experience in bookkeeping and GST preparation.

• Language: Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required (to liaise with our China factory team and Mandarin-speaking associates).

• Attributes: Meticulous, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

• Commitment: Must be able to commit to 4.5 hours every working day.

Salary:

$1,200 - $1,300 (depending on experience) + CPF contributions.

• Oversee compliance with Corporations Act obligations, ASIC lodgements and Annual Review reporting
