Keperluan:

• Ijazah Sarjana Muda dalam Ukur Bahan, Pengurusan Pembinaan atau bidang yang berkaitan.
• 3 hingga 5+ tahun pengalaman dalam bidang ukur bahan.
• Kemahiran analitikal dan berangka yang kukuh.
• Kebolehan komunikasi dan rundingan yang cemerlang.
• Kemahiran dalam perisian yang berkaitan.

We are seeking a Waste Water Treatment Executive to manage and operate the company’s Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) / Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP).

Waste Water Treatment Executive:

This role ensures that all treated effluent meets environmental standards while maintaining safe, hygienic, and compliant operations in line with regulatory and food safety requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) / Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP) on a daily basis.
• Ensure treated effluent meets local pollution control board / environmental authority standards.
• Monitor and record key parameters such as pH, BOD, COD, TSS, oil & grease.
• Handle biological, chemical, and physical treatment processes.
• Maintain proper dosing of chemicals and biological cultures.
• Perform routine inspections, troubleshooting, and minor maintenance of pumps, blowers, aerators, filters, and pipelines.
• Maintain logs, reports, and compliance documentation.
• Coordinate with production, quality, maintenance, and Environment/Health/Safety teams.
• Manage sludge handling, dewatering, storage, and disposal as per regulations.
• Assist during environmental audits, inspections, and statutory reporting.
• Ensure safety, hygiene, and GMP compliance within the treatment area.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• DOE recognized Competent Person Certification such as IETS (Industrial Effluent Treatment System) Biological & Physical Chemical Process (BP & PCP) or similar is highly preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in wastewater treatment.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations related to water and wastewater management.
• Strong knowledge of wastewater treatment processes (physical, chemical, and biological).
• Understanding of environmental regulations and discharge standards.

Machinery Maintenance Executive:

Involve in performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades on production equipment to minimize downtime while ensuring compliance with food safety and GMP standards.

Machinery You’ll Work With:

The production line includes machines for defrosting, slicing, mincing, cooking, and packaging food products. These machines ensure efficient processing, uniform quality, and hygienic packaging for products such as bakkwa, mooncakes, cookies, floss, and raw meat.

The production process uses several food-processing machines to handle different products.

• BBQ conveyor line operates with gas heating and a control box to regulate conveyor speed for barbeque bakkwa.
• Rheon machine having two chambers, it forms and fills products with desired weight such as mooncakes and cookies using dough and various pastes like lotus paste and pineapple paste.
• Vacuum packing machine seals food in moulded packaging film under vacuum using roll film to ensure hygienic and airtight packaging.
• Microwave machine efficiently defrosts frozen raw meat evenly.
• Packing machine heat-seals food products with film for further packaging.
• Slicer machine The product is placed into the slicer and moved toward the blade. When the machine starts, the blade cuts the product into uniform slices. The slice thickness can be adjusted to ensure consistent cutting for further processing or packaging.
• Mincer machine The mincer machine processes raw meat by feeding it toward a rotating cutting blade, exiting the machine in a uniform minced condition, ready for further processing.

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance of production machinery such as mixers, fillers, conveyors, vacuum packaging machines, ovens, chillers, and etc.
• Ensure minimum machine downtime by timely troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Maintain and update maintenance schedules, checklists, and logs.
• Ensure machinery complies with food safety, hygiene, and GMP standards.
• Coordinate with production teams to plan maintenance without affecting output.
• Handle installation, commissioning, and modification of new machinery.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and conduct risk assessments during maintenance activities.
• Manage spare parts inventory and recommend critical spares.
• Support audits related to ISO, HACCP or other food safety standards.
• Train machine operators on basic equipment care and safety practices.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or related technical field.
• Min 2 years’ experience in machine maintenance within a Food & Beverage manufacturing or processing environment is preferred.
• Hands-on experience in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting of production equipment.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices and basic machine control systems.
• Ability to read technical manuals, diagrams, and work instructions.

Building Facilities & Maintenance Executive:

Involve in managing, maintaining, and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of all factory and building facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily factory and building maintenance operations.
• Maintain and monitor factory air-conditioning systems (AHU, split units, basic HVAC).
• Handle general maintenance works:

>Cleaning and housekeeping coordination

>Water leaking and plumbing repairs

>Painting and touch-up works

>Door, window, lock, and hinge repairs

>Lighting, switches, and basic electrical works
