We are looking for a dedicated Account Assistant to join our team to support daily accounting functions, particularly for exhibition-related operations. This role is based in our North Point office at Mid Valley City and requires strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in recording and organizing financial transactions
• Prepare and process invoices, payments, and receipts

Mengenai syarikat pengambilan pekerja

Ini merupakan kumpulan syarikat yang tersenarai di papan utama. Aktiviti perniagaan kumpulan ini pelbagai, daripada pembuatan dan perkhidmatan kewangan hinggalah kepada aktiviti runcit dan makanan dan minuman di seluruh Malaysia.

Pada masa ini, mereka sedang mencari graduan setiausaha korporat yang boleh dipercayai dengan pendekatan yang rendah diri dan proaktif untuk memikul peranan Eksekutif Setiausaha Korporat dalam Jabatan Setiausaha Korporat Kumpulan mereka.

Peranan & Tanggungjawab

Jawatan ini melapor kepada Setiausaha Syarikat Kumpulan.

Sebagai Eksekutif Setiausaha Syarikat, anda akan menyokong Setiausaha Syarikat dalam menyediakan pentadbiran kesetiausahaan korporat dan tadbir urus kepada kumpulan, sekali gus memastikan pematuhan berkanun dengan peruntukan Akta Syarikat, keperluan penyenaraian Bursa Malaysia dan Suruhanjaya Sekuriti. Anda akan menjadi sebahagian daripada pasukan kecil tetapi sibuk yang menjalankan tugas kesetiausahaan syarikat dalam persekitaran komersial.

Skop peranan dan tanggungjawab:

Memastikan pematuhan berkanun merentasi syarikat subsidiari dengan menyelenggara rekod dan maklumat korporat.

Sediakan maklumat berkanun untuk difailkan di Suruhanjaya Sekuriti.

Mengurus kerja pematuhan setiausaha syarikat untuk PLC dan kumpulan anak syarikatnya.

Menyokong dan mengurus hal ehwal kesetiausahaan korporat dan pematuhan dengan keperluan berkanun.

Mengurus hal ehwal Lembaga Pengarah dan pemegang saham seperti menganjurkan mesyuarat lembaga pengarah, menyediakan dan mengedarkan kertas kerja, laporan, minit mesyuarat dan pengumuman lembaga pengarah.

Menghadiri mesyuarat lembaga pengarah untuk kumpulan syarikat.

Keperluan: Profil calon.

Ijazah Sarjana Muda dalam Pentadbiran Korporat atau kelayakan profesional ICSA (finalis berkelayakan penuh atau separa berkelayakan).

Sedikit pengalaman setiausaha korporat yang diperolehi adalah diutamakan.

Kemahiran interpersonal yang baik dengan kebolehan untuk berhubung secara berkesan di semua peringkat.

Penguasaan Bahasa Inggeris yang baik, lisan dan bertulis.

Berwatak menyenangkan dengan pendekatan yang rendah diri dan kemahiran interpersonal dan komunikasi yang cemerlang.

Mahir dalam MS Word, Excel dan Power Point.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee control systems to prevent violations of legal guidelines and internal policies.
• Evaluate the efficiency of controls and improve them continuously.
• Revise procedures, reports etc. periodically to identify hidden risks or non-conformity issues.
• Draft, modify and implement company policies.
• Collaborate with corporate counsels and HR departments to monitor enforcement of standards and regulations.
• Assess the business's future ventures to identify possible compliance risks.
• Review the work of colleagues when necessary to identify compliance issues and provide advice or training.
• Keep abreast of regulatory developments within or outside of the company as well as evolving best practices in compliance control.
• Prepare reports for senior management and external regulatory bodies as appropriate.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as compliance manager.
• In-depth knowledge of the industry's standards and regulations.
• Good knowledge of reporting procedures and record keeping.
• A business acumen partnered with a dedication to legality.
• Methodical and diligent with outstanding planning abilities.
• An analytical mind able to ‘see’ the complexities of procedures and regulations.
• Strong communication skills.
• Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in law, finance, business administration or related field.
• Certified compliance professional is a plus.
