Act as point of contact from Operations to internal Client Ops and Customer Success Leaders commercial leaders (including the Country MD / external clients where applicable) to lead and drive the operational delivery of our client offering. Leads a team of country functional managers. 

Client Solutioning 

• Advocate" of Operations, to provide solutions that meet the client's needs and which are at the same time cost-effective and technically sustainable.
• Responsible for making decisions on behalf of operations for the country.

Team Management 

• Plans and controls resource allocation to optimize the “operations service” to clients

• Acts as an escalation point for the country team and constantly reviews and assesses team's KPIs periodically
