Job Summary

The Corporate Services Director serves as the institutional owner of corporate services, administrative governance, and operational control systems. This pivotal leadership role ensures that finance administration, HR operations, facilities, and documentation processes are effectively managed and strictly aligned with regulatory requirements, including SSG/EduTrust, PDPA, and MOM. THE OPPORTUNITY

The first six years of a child's life shape everything that follows. For children from lower-income families, what happens in that window determines the trajectory. KidSTART exists to change those odds: personal home-based support, delivered by trained practitioners, built on evidence, and scaled nationally.

KidSTART completed its nationwide expansion in 2025. The programme now reaches families in all 24 towns, is scaling toward 80 per cent of eligible children in every birth cohort and has nearly tripled its practitioner base in two years. What happens next depends on whether the programme model can keep pace with that growth.

That is what this role is for.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As Assistant Director for Programme Development, you will lead the thinking behind how KidSTART works, and where it is headed. You own the service model and the operational policies that govern how practitioners support families. You work directly with MSF in the strategic direction and hold accountability for programme outcomes across a network of implementing agencies, while also looking ahead to develop new or better services and programmes to better serve children from lower-income and/or vulnerable families.

This is not an execution role. It is the role that decides what gets executed. You will need to hold along view of what a good early childhood programme looks like on a national scale, while staying close enough to implementation to know when the model is not working.

The right person for this role is someone who has shaped policy or programme design before, is energised by the complexity of multi-agency implementation, and is motivated by the prospect of getting it right for children who need it most.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Programme Strategy and Model Design

Lead the planning, design, and review of KidSTART's service model, operational policies, and processes —including funding and manpower frameworks — aligned with MSF's national strategic direction. Own the integrity of what KidSTART does and how it does it.

Programme Monitoring and Evaluation

Drive the review and continuous refinement of programme design, implementation quality, and outcomes measurement. Ensure that data on programme performance reaches the right people and informs real decisions, not just reports.

Funder and Agency Accountability

Oversee KidSTART's funding agreements with implementing agencies. Hold agencies to performance standards, manage disbursements, and address compliance and audit requirements. Maintain the quality of the partnership network that delivers the programme on the ground.

Team Leadership

Lead and develop the Programme Development team. Set direction, build analytical and policy capability within the team, and create conditions for rigorous, thoughtful work in an organisation that is still forming.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone who can operate at the level of programme architecture — thinking clearly about what a national early childhood programme needs to do and how it needs to be structured — while remaining grounded in what works for families and practitioners.

You will have:

–   At least six years of relevant experience in policy formulation, programme development, data analytics, or planning.

–   A bachelor's degree, with strong writing and analytical skills.

–   A track record of leading projects and engaging stakeholders at different levels, including government agencies and community partners.

–   The ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and deliver quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

–   Experience leading a team and supporting others' professional growth alongside your own.

Position Summary

The Employee Experience Director, APAC is responsible for shaping, elevating, and scaling the employee experience across the region to enable Merz Aesthetics’ strategic ambition and high‑growth agenda. This role ensures that every stage of the employee lifecycle - from onboarding to development to retention - is aligned with the APAC culture, leadership expectations, and business priorities.

The role partners closely with country HR teams and Regional COEs to build a consistent, high‑trust, high‑performance environment that supports rapid scaling, talent readiness, and organizational health.

Roles & Responsibilities

1.    Lead the APAC Employee Experience (EX) Strategy

• Design and implement a regional Employee Experience roadmap aligned to APAC’s growth strategy, including culture, leadership, and organization readiness priorities.
• Translate strategic priorities into measurable initiatives that strengthen belonging, clarity, purpose and high performance across markets.

2.    Elevate Culture & Engagement Across APAC

• Drive region-wide engagement programs, cultural activation campaigns, and leadership behaviours that support a high-performance, high trust culture.
• Build visibility and recognition mechanisms that reinforce success and motivate sustained performance.

3.    Build and Lead Signature APAC EX Initiatives

• Oversee execution of APAC-wide HR innovation programs, including:
  - Voices of APAC – Unified operating rhythm
  - Wellbeing by Design – Data-driven wellbeing roadmap
  - Employee Lifecycle enhancements – Onboarding, mobility, recognition.

4.    Champion Health & Wellbeing

• Lead regional wellbeing frameworks, and building evidence-based programs and initiatives.
• Drive initiatives that address the needs of diverse workforce segments.

5.    Employee Insights & Listening

• Implement listening strategies that integrate engagement results, sentiment data and qualitative insights into actionable improvements.
• Partner with HR Ops to track experience metrics and deliver continuous improvement loops.

6.    Regional Governance & Change Leadership

• Provide strategic HR partnership to APAC leadership on culture, EX risks and organizational health.
• Support major transformations with clear communication, structured touchpoints, and employee-centric adoption plans.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree (or above) with major in business administration, public administration, or related fields preferred
• Master’s degree in business administration or MBA preferred

Experiences

• Minimum 15 years of experience in General HR Management, Organization Development, and Learning & Development in a multinational company required
• Proven experience in scaling culture, engagement, leadership, or EX programs in fast-growth contexts.
• Strong background in talent development, organizational effectiveness or engagement program design.

The CISO oversees information security, cybersecurity, data protection, vulnerability management, incident response, and security governance across the organisation. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Objectives

• Develop and implement a comprehensive enterprise information security strategy aligned with business objectives and risk appetite.

• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and standards related to information security.

• Provide strategic guidance to the Senior Management on emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and security innovations.

Operational Objectives

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management Information Systems, Fintech, Information Security, Computer Science, or a related technical field.

• 15+ years of hands-on and strategic experience in information security and cybersecurity within the financial services industry (including FinTech, payments, and digital assets).

• Proven executive leadership experience, including operating as a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) or in a senior managerial capacity.

• Extensive knowledge of international financial regulations, regulatory compliance, and global industry standards (ISO 27001, NIST, PCI-DSS).

• Mandatory professional certification in CISM (Certified Information Security Manager). Additional certifications in Blockchain Security, Data Privacy, or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor are highly preferred.

• Proven track record in launching or scaling digital finance platforms, FinTech, or cloud-native environments from scratch, with a strong understanding of end-to-end security architecture design and 24/7 incident response (CSIRT).

• Strong strategic and leadership skills, with the ability to build enterprise risk frameworks and communicate complex security initiatives to the Board, C-suite, and relevant regulatory bodies.
