Requirements

• Min. Degree in Human Resource, Business, or related disciplines.
• At least 6-8 years of relevant HR or talent acquisition experience, preferably within healthcare or large-scale recruitment environments.
• Experience recruiting for healthcare-related job families will be advantageous.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills across multiple levels of the organization.
• Resourceful, analytical, and able to manage strategic initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Assistant Branch Manager to support daily operations, ensure service quality, and lead our team to achieve business targets. Key Responsibilities

Assist the Branch Manager in overseeing daily salon operations

Supervise and motivate staff to achieve service and sales goals

Manage appointment schedules and ensure smooth workflow

Handle customer feedback and resolve service issues promptly

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate product orders

Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and service standards in line with company policies
