About the job

The position is permanent in nature at senior Executive level. The main purpose of the role is to provide assistance and support to the Finance Manager in assisting in the monthly management accounts for a number of store nation wide.

Roles & Responsibilities

這是一家綜合性運輸物流公司，業務遍及亞洲、澳洲和歐洲/美洲，提供國際貨運代理和物流服務。目前，他們正在尋找合適的人才來管理位於巴生港北港（和西港）的第三方物流設施。他們正在尋找一位經驗豐富、富有遠見的領導者，帶領巴生港北港和西港的倉庫營運團隊。

角色與職責

身為倉庫營運助理經理，此職位工作內容豐富多元，需要親力親為，展現領導能力。具體工作包括在高強度、高壓力的環境下揀貨包裝客戶訂單、保持倉庫清潔整齊、使用電腦軟體進行貨物調度等。此外，該職位還需在必要時代理倉庫營運經理的職責。

整體職責包括：

*負責管理和監督倉庫的日常營運活動。

*管理和指導入庫/出庫操作/發貨，監督庫存職能，並在需要時指導、領導和修改應急計劃的實施。

*確保客戶訂單依照約定的服務協議出貨。

*管理和監督倉庫員工團隊，執行和支援日常營運活動，確保物流設施內有效的配送和庫存系統。

*負責倉庫整體庫存的準確性、年度盤點以及庫存完整性。

*確保倉庫的所有作業符合安全、環境和健康標準。

要求：候選人簡介

擔任此高階職位的理想人選應具備良好的組織能力，擁有 5-8 年的倉庫營運、揀貨包裝、客戶服務或類似環境方面的經驗，並能夠與團隊成員和客戶進行有效溝通。

-馬來西亞人，年齡 30-45 歲。

-持有供應鏈/物流管理或商業相關專業的文憑。

-擁有堆高機駕駛證將是理想之選，非常有用且有益。

- 具備第三方物流設施管理經驗者優先考慮。

-在以往管理第三方物流倉庫營運方面展現主管能力。

- 具備倉儲和物流方面的知識。

良好的溝通和人員管理能力。

- 具備良好的組織能力和領導能力。

-具備電腦操作能力，掌握Excel、Word等辦公室軟體的基本知識。
