In this role, you will assist in the execution of Rapsodo’s multi-channel marketing strategy across international markets, including the United Kingdom, Europe, Southeast Asia, Australia, and Japan. This internship offers valuable exposure to digital marketing, ecommerce, campaign execution, content development, and cross-border collaboration. 

This role will also support selected Japanese-speaking stakeholders and market activities, including content coordination and localisation where needed. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Assist in managing international e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, and Google Shopping  

• Support the creation, monitoring, and optimisation of paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and social media platforms  

• Assist in developing and localising social media content for selected international markets  

• Support the planning and execution of email marketing campaigns   

• Analyse and report on digital marketing performance using Google Analytics and other relevant platforms  

• Support localisation and adaptation of marketing materials for Japanese-speaking audiences where applicable  

• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders across the US, Turkey, Japan, and other regions  

• Provide support for ad hoc projects in marketing partnerships, media collaborations, campaign execution, and other marketing initiatives as assigned by the manager 

Experience    

• Able to commit to a full-time internship for at least 6 months  

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field  

• Strong learning agility with good communication and interpersonal skills  

• Action-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment  

• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn  

• Self-starter with a positive attitude and strong sense of ownership 

Preferred Skills / Advantage  

• Familiarity with digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Shopify, or email marketing tools is an advantage  

• Interest in e-commerce, digital marketing, and international market exposure  

• Japanese language proficiency is preferred to support Japanese-speaking stakeholders, market coordination, and content localisation  

• Ability to read and write Japanese for business or marketing-related communication is an added advantage
