Responsibilities:

• Execute strategy and operating agenda of the assigned division/s and drives growth to meet financial objectives within the SEA territory.

• Develop product training and clinical support programs as needed to drive SEA activities and meet key objectives including but not limited to product launches, strategic roll-outs and continuing clinical education. 

• Understand, execute and drive effective value propositions for all products and solutions in the product portfolios. 

• Identify and develop appropriate marketing and sales tools needed to support SEA activities including literature, patient collateral, advertising, trade show materials, customer education programs and workshops, etc.

• Build relationships with customers and end-users (including KOLs), distributors and other key partners necessary for the development and growth of the business.

• Successfully conduct product trials as well as internal and external training for a product portfolio in a high growth phase.

• Liaise with the Sales Team to communicate key drivers and objectives of portfolio, as well as provide product and pricing information.

• Product lifecycle management to demonstrate SKU reduction and associated cost savings.

• Work collaboratively with key internal stakeholders to introduce new products to market, including planning and execution of launches and campaigns.

• Market research & competitive analysis.

• Support wider divisional activities and initiatives when and if required.

Requirements

• Strategic Product Management / Marketing experience with 5 years of regional experience preferred

• Business/Commerce and/or Marketing and/or Nursing Degree – highly desirable.

• Ability to develop leadership and work collaboratively across the team in projects, portfolio and team activities.

• Previous experience in Healthcare Consumables, especially in the Operating Theatre space is highly desirable.​

• Strong analytical and computer skills (Advanced Excel, Word, Powerpoint).

• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships within cross functional teams such as inventory planning, sales and regulatory affairs, as well as working/influencing with external stakeholders.

• Capability to build advocacy and maintain diplomacy in stressful situations.

• Proactive self-management and ability to travel and treat role as own business.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide contract/ operation/ service leadership and participates in developing and implementing consistent policies, procedures, controls in contract execution
• Maintain service level agreements and key performance indicators for services, review regularly in the light of changing business and operational needs
• Meet contractual manpower needs and standards – ensure proper induction program in place, skills upgrading, career development and retention
• Effective employee management and ensure compliance with local government legislation
• Drive employee and customer engagement process and improvements
• Ensure all statutory compliance and being the primary contact in respect of all contracts services and undertake risk assessments, organising emergency procedures, liaising with clients by informing them of the developments
• Develop systems/ programs to improve quality, efficient utilisation of equipment and materials and the productive use of labour

Requirements

• Min Degree or Diploma in Management or relevant professional qualification or closely related field with minimum 2 or more years of progressive management experience working in a hospital environment services industry
• Able to excel in a dynamic and demanding hospital environment while effectively leading, organizing, and managing people for facility services projects
• Knowledge of contracts, documents, management of Systems/ methods/ tools/ equipment/ materials and administrative procedures in a business-focused environment
• Effective negotiating and influencing skills with a positive and forward looking proactive approach

Working Hours: Mon to Fri - 8am to 530pm, Sat - 8am to 12pm (Alt Sat)

Salary: up to SGD 5,000
