Candidates with accounting experience and familiarity withany of following accounting software, plus the ability to work independentlywill have an advantage:

Accounting software – Xero/Quickbook/MYOB/Autocount/ZOHO/SAPB1/SAP Hana

Fee depends on volume, complexity of assignments and timecommitment.  Some assignments will beoffsite whereas others maybe hybrid (onsite and offsite).

Fixed Asset Register and depreciation

Journal entries and adjustments

Prepare GST filing

Monthly account closing procedures

Bank reconciliation

Generate financial reports

JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Candidate must possess at least"N"/"O" level/LCCI.

- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in accountingfield.

- Applicants who do not possess the above will be consideredon individual merits.

- Willing to learn. Hands on training will be provided forthose who do not have much experience.

Pay: $300.00 - $3,000.00 per month

What you will do

The incumbent is responsible for the smooth administrative operations at Day Hospice Centre. He or She assists the Assistant Day Center Manager to look after the patients with life limiting illnesses referred to the Day Hospice. He or She must demonstrate the ability to care, to communicate effectively with the patients and/or caregivers they are serving. He/she is to ensure holistic and Person-Centred care are delivered to all patients. He/she is also expected to participate in organising activities for daily programme and support in some administrative duties.

Who you are

• Diploma or GCE "O" level preferred.
• Have experience in managing kitchen duties.
• Preferably minimum 3 year of working experience as Healthcare Assistant.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan, deploy, coordinate and effect ship staff change for assigned ships. 
• Liaise with external parties such as the port authority, flag state and Singapore Government Agencies for ship staff-related matters. 
• Conduct Ship staff recruitment. 
• Accompany crew for official shore matters if required. 
• Ensure correct certifications and documentations are in place for the crew.
• Monitor and effect the ship staff development plan in timely manner. 
• Monitor the appraisal or assessment of ship staff performance. 
• Administer and update Fleet Management System as per the Company's policies and procedures. 
• Ensure ship staff management are in compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. 
• Administer ship staff compensation, benefits and medical matters. 
• Provide manpower statistics when required. 
• Administer and assist Team Lead/Assistant Team Lead to implement training and development for the ship staff. 
• Make scheduled visits to assigned ships for ship staff matters. 
• Carry out other duties assigned by the Team Lead/Management.

• Greet and assist patients in a professional and friendly manner.

• Handle patient registration, appointments, and related administrative tasks.

• Respond to patient enquiries promptly and provide accurate information.

• Maintain patient records and update relevant databases.

• Support the healthcare team in daily operations and patient flow.

• Ensure a positive patient experience through effective communication and care.

Responsibilities

• Projects ranging from commercial, industrial, institutional, mixed-development, residential, healthcare, infrastructure, MRT etc
• Work on and actively contribute to the design and development of architectural projects with opportunity to carry through the project through various phases of the project cycle (from concept design, schematic design, design development, construction)
• Coordinate with consultants from various disciplines and clients/stakeholders, and find creative and workable solutions for the project together with the project team
• Be a part of a team for design competitions or design, design presentation packages, design development package and tendering
• Attend and participate in meetings, technical discussions and coordination with contractors/consultants
• Follow-up on project and construction activities as well as to carry out contract administration responsibilities

Requirements

• Architectural degree/masters recognised by Board of Architects Singapore
• Min 2-7 years post graduate professional experience
• Competency in BIM/Revit, Archicad, Autocad, Sketch-up, In-Design as well as basic rendering, graphics publishing software program
