Responsibilities:
- Oversee the construction activities and progress, plan, implement and monitor work
- Schedule in accordance to the master and detailed work programme
- Liaise with Professional Engineer on the Temporary works
- Liaise with consultants (QPS) for technical issues and coordinate the site activities with subcontractors
- Handle of technical and engineering problems
- Provide guidance to supervisors in relation to construction works, ensure progress according to schedule,
- Maintain quality standards, carry out site inspections and resolve technical issues on time
- Prepare report and method statement whenever necessary
- Manage and control workers and monitor their work closely to keep site safety and neat
- Supervise ongoing site activities closely
Job Requirements
- Candidates must possess at least a Primary/Secondary/”O” Level, Higher Secondary/College, Professional Certificate/Nitec in any field
- At least 5 years of working experience in a related field in Timber or Precast Formwork
