That's why we're hiring a Group Head of Growth.

This is not an execution hire. It's an architecture role. The person we're looking for will define our expansion strategy across all three modalities currently represented in the group and the brands behind them — building the commercial frameworks that make growth at scale possible, and then going and closing the opportunities that take MOVE [REPEAT] to where we know it can go.

One seat at the table. Group-level scope. Real consequences.

But here's the non-negotiable: you need to have done this before, in Asia. Not observed it. Not advised on it. Done it. Proven, hands-on experience growing fitness lifestyle brands — or a premium consumer lifestyle category — across Asian markets is the baseline. You know the region, you have the network, and you understand what it takes to build something that actually sticks market by market.

We're not looking for a consultant. We're looking for a builder — someone who thinks at a group level and operates in the field. Someone who closes, not just advises. Someone who genuinely cares about what the brand stands for, not just the deal.

The Role in a Nutshell:
The Group Head of Growth is the most strategically critical hire MOVE [REPEAT] will make in the 2026-2027 period. This is not an execution role - it is an architecture role. The person in this position will define the growth strategy across all three of our brands, build the commercial frameworks that make regional expansion possible, and then go and find, qualify, and secure the partners and opportunities that will take MOVE [REPEAT] from a Singapore-headquartered operator to a genuine APAC movement platform.

Working directly with the CEO and in close partnership with each brand's General Manager, the Head of Growth will lead the group's expansion across three distinct mandates:

• REVL - Support and drive REVL's growth across Asia, identifying and developing strategic partnerships and in-market opportunities through appropriate commercial structures.
• Yoga Movement - Advise on the right growth model for YM (franchising or territory development) and go find and close the right opportunities in target markets.
• Pilates - Identify a right-sized Pilates brand or business suitable for acquisition, to be developed and scaled across Asia and Australia.

Across all three mandates, the Head of Growth will work closely with each brand's General Manager to assess the feasibility of growth markets at both a market level and a unit economics level. This role carries a clear expectation: the person hired will both define the strategy and deliver the outcomes. We are not looking for a consultant. We are looking for a builder. With the right person in place, a growth team will be built beneath them

Skills You'll Need:

• Demonstrated experience in franchise development, territory licensing, or strategic partnerships - ideally within fitness, wellness, hospitality, or a premium consumer lifestyle category
• A clear track record of originating and closing commercial growth agreements - not just advising on them
• Hands-on experience across Asia Pacific markets; multi-market exposure and existing regional networks are a significant advantage
• Highly commercially literate - able to model, present, and negotiate deals at a senior and board level
• A strategic thinker who can also operate with urgency in the field - this is a builder's role, not a consultant's
• Deep understanding of franchise and licensing models; M&A or acquisition experience is a strong advantage
• Exceptional stakeholder management across cultures, time zones, and organisational levels - from board leadership to in-market operator partners
• A passion for fitness lifestyle and a genuine respect for premium brand standards - you care about what the brand stands for, not just the deal
• Entrepreneurial by nature - comfortable in ambiguity, energised by outcomes, and motivate to build something of real consequence

The Movement Programming Manager leads the creative and quality direction of Yoga Movement's class offering across all brands. This role owns our offerings — new class styles, program concepts, internal training content, YM Academy and the standard of what great teaching looks and feels like at Yoga Movement.

Working in close partnership with the Program Performance Manager, the Movement Programming Manager ensures that creative decisions are grounded in what the business needs to grow — and that performance insights feed back into better programming. They also work directly with Teacher Managers leads to maintain technical depth and teaching excellence across all modalities.

This is a leadership role for someone who thinks in movement, leads with vision, and can translate creative instinct into a structured, executable program.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Program Ideation & Creative Direction (35%)

• Own the group-wide programming roadmap: new class styles, format refreshes, seasonal launches, and specialty offerings.
• Lead ideation sessions and concept development, translating market trends and community insights into new program proposals.
• Partner with Teacher Managers to ensure new concepts are technically sound and teachable at scale.
• Define what "on-brand" looks and feels like for each modality — and hold that standard consistently.

2. Teaching Quality & Standards (30%)

• Set and uphold the teaching quality benchmark across all brands and studios.
• Develop and maintain evaluation frameworks for class experience and teacher delivery.
• Conduct regular class audits and provide structured feedback to Teacher and Teacher Managers.
• Ensure consistency of brand experience across all teachers, studios, and markets.

3. YM Academy, Internal Training & Development Content (20%)

• Design and lead internal training programs
• Lead and own the execution and planning of Yoga Movement Academy, CETs, and workshops.
• Identify skill gaps and evolving training needs, and build content to address them.
• Own the new teacher onboarding experience from a movement and brand standards perspective.

4. Cross-functional Collaboration (15%)

• Work closely with the Program Performance Manager to understand utilization data, client feedback, and attendance trends — and use those insights to refine or evolve programming.
• Partner with marketing on program launches, campaign narratives, and class descriptions.
• Support expansion initiatives by ensuring programming is scalable and consistent across new studios and markets.

About You:

• Deep movement background with strong credentials across one or more modalities (RYT 500, Pilates cert, or equivalent)
• 6+ years in fitness/wellness, with experience in program design or curriculum development
• A creative thinker who can also build structure and process around ideas
• Strong communicator and natural collaborator — comfortable working across creative and commercial teams
• Genuinely passionate about teaching quality and what makes a great class experience

The Program Performance Manager owns the data and commercial side of Yoga Movement's class offering. This role is responsible for ensuring that the programs we put out actually perform — tracking utilization, analyzing attendance patterns, managing class-related costs, and identifying where the schedule needs to change.

Working in close partnership with the Movement Programming Manager, the Program Performance Manager ensures that creative programming decisions are backed by commercial logic — and that performance gaps get surfaced clearly and acted on quickly. They work directly with Teacher Managers on scheduling inputs and with Studio Managers on day-to-day utilization.

This is a role for someone who is comfortable in spreadsheets and dashboards, can tell a story with data, and knows how to translate numbers into better decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Performance Analytics & Reporting (35%)

• Own the group-wide performance dashboard for class utilization, attendance, revenue contribution, and capacity.
• Conduct regular analysis across CMS, ClassPass, and studio reports to surface trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Produce clear, actionable reporting for the GM and cross-functional leads on a weekly and monthly cadence.
• Define and track KPIs for all programs across all brands and studios.

2. Class & Schedule Performance (25%)

• Receive scheduling inputs from Teacher Managers and analyse performance outcomes against utilization and attendance targets.
• Identify underperforming time slots, class types, or formats and surface findings to Teacher Managers and the Movement Programming Manager with clear recommendations.
• Monitor peak/off-peak patterns group-wide and flag where scheduling decisions may need to shift — execution of those changes sits with the Teacher Manager.
• Own the scheduling performance review cycle: tracking whether changes made have moved the needle.

3. Cost Management & Budget (20%)

• Track and manage class-related expenses including teacher payroll, program costs, and operational spend.
• Ensure class costs remain within budget and flag variances early.
• Support the GM in budget planning and scenario modelling for new program launches.
• Analyze the commercial impact of programming changes before and after implementation.

4. Cross-functional Collaboration (20%)

• Work closely with the Movement Programming Manager to pressure-test new program proposals with performance data before launch.
• Partner with Studio Managers and Community Managers to align on on-the-ground demand signals.
• Collaborate with marketing on performance insights that inform campaign and promotion strategy.
• Support expansion by building scalable reporting frameworks for new studios and markets.

About You:

• 3-5 years in fitness, boutique studio, or a performance/analytics-heavy operations role
• Strong analytical skills — comfortable with data, spreadsheets, and building simple dashboards
• Commercial acumen with an understanding of how class scheduling drives revenue
• Clear, direct communicator who can translate data into decisions for non-analytical audiences
• Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Fitness industry background preferred but not required — curiosity and rigour matter more than credentials here
