Job Requirements

• Class 4/ 5 driving licence
• Must have min 2 years' driving experience as a Prime Mover Driver in Singapore

We are urgently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Import & Export Coordinator to support our daily operations and ensure smooth execution of transport jobs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and follow up on daily trucking and shipment movements to ensure timely execution
• Liaise with shipping lines, agents, depots, and terminals for container release, collection, and empty container returns, including cost verification
• Plan and schedule import and export deliveries in accordance with customer requirements and operational constraints
• Coordinate closely with internal departments, customers, and consignees to ensure smooth depot and transportation arrangements
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Monitor shipment progress and provide timely updates to relevant stakeholders
• Prepare and verify job documentation and billing upon job completion to support accurate invoicing
• Maintain proper records and ensure compliance with operational procedures
• Conduct inspection and assessment of container conditions where required

Minimum Educational Qualifications/ Experience required:

• Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level or equivalent qualifications
• Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in logistics industry or in a similar role

Skills and Knowledge required:

• Familiar with PORTNET, TradeNet, and Trip Management System
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team

We are urgently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to support our daily operations and ensure smooth execution of transport jobs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and arrange local transportation for LCL, OOG (Out-of-Gauge), and break-bulk cargo for both import and export shipments
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate cargo pickups and deliveries with internal operations teams, ports, and external stakeholders
• Assess cargo requirements and select suitable truck/trailer types based on load specifications, route constraints, and site conditions
• Liaise closely with customers, drivers, port personnel, and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely job execution
• Monitor job progress in real time, proactively resolve operational issues, and provide timely updates to customers
• Prepare and manage job documentation, including delivery orders, permits (if applicable), and proof of delivery (PODs)
• Ensure accurate job closing and documentation to support billing and invoicing processes
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies

Minimum Educational Qualifications/ Experience required:

We are a logistics and third-party logistics (3PL) service provider seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to support our Warehouse Customer Service (CS) team. This role will assist in coordinating daily warehouse job requests and ensuring smooth communication between customers and internal operations teams.

Your Main Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage job requests received via email from customers and internal stakeholders

• Perform basic job intake, data entry, and documentation of operational activities

• Coordinate with customers on job status updates, scheduling, and basic enquiries

• Liaise with internal warehouse and operations teams to facilitate timely execution of jobs

• Maintain proper documentation and filing of operational records

• Support day-to-day administrative tasks for the Warehouse CS team

• Assist with any other coordination or operational support duties as assigned

Your Professional Background:

• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in logistics, warehouse operations, or customer service support

• Basic understanding of warehouse or logistics operations will be an advantage

• Proficient in email communication and Microsoft Office applications

• Good organisational and coordination skills

• Able to work in a fast-paced operational environment

• Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with customers and internal teams

• Willing to be based at the warehouse
