1. To engage with identified students on a regular basis over a prolonged duration and provide positive mentoring and/or counselling support for students and their families.
2. To connect with identified students, build positive relationships and contribute to their holistic development and positive school outcomes.
3. To plan and conduct student-centric interventions, including student outreach, learning journeys, home visits and/or family engagement sessions where necessary, customized to students' needs and aligned with the School's efforts.
4. To plan and facilitate group-based programs targeting students with identified social, emotional, or behavioral needs, in consultation with the School's student support team.
5. To observe and identify key needs of students and to report such cases to the Student Management Key Personnel and/or School Leaders for further intervention and support.
6. To attend case review and case management meetings with relevant school personnel, including the Student Welfare Officer (SWO), Special Educational Needs Officers (SENOs), and school counsellors, to provide feedback on students' needs, program experience, and concerns, so that the School can better support the students.
7. To facilitate timely referrals of students and families to relevant external agencies and community resources where additional support is required beyond the School's capacity.
8. To maintain accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation, and to provide regular progress updates to the School's designated contact person.

Requirements:

Student Management Resource Personnel

1. Positive School Culture Development

·Champion school-wide positive behaviour initiatives

connected, and empowered within the school community

2. Operations Management

·Oversee daily operational routines including morning assembly and

school arrival

·Organize key school events that promote positive student behavior

Management

- One-on-One Support: Serve as a dedicated befriender and

mentor to Higher Needs Students (HNS).

- Motivational Talks: Plan and conduct motivational talks toinspire

students and build resilience, drawing on personalexperiences,

- Physical Activity: Lead and facilitate simple,age-appropriate

physical exercises or light physical activities withstudents to

promote mental and physical well-being.

- Homework Care: Monitors and ensures completion of homework.

Student Engagement Officer (Full-time)

i) Perform on-ground discipline support

- Promote positive student behaviour and assist with student

management across the school environment.

- Carry out duties including canteen supervision, detention

monitoring, traffic management, and regular patrols withinthe

school and its surrounding areas.

- Oversee students placed on in-house suspension, ensuring

adherence to school rules and meaningful engagement with

assigned tasks.

- Provide in-class support for students exhibitingbehavioural

challenges.

ii) Administrative and communication support

- Support student development key personnel in case

management, including fact-finding, engagement with students

and parents, coordination of follow-ups, and monitoring of

student progress.

- Assist the Discipline team in the day-to-day management of

student discipline.

- Assist the Discipline team in conducting home visits withschool

personnel and making follow-up calls to parents.

- Assist the Operations Manager in overseeing and managingdaily

activities at the in-house detention centre.

- Conduct regular patrols of the school premises to maintain

orderliness.

- Participate in case management for students identified asat-risk

- Conduct investigations as part of case management andsubmit

the relevant reports.

- Assist the Discipline team in maintaining studentdiscipline during

Job position: Airport Baggage Handler (Shift Work)

Job Description:

* Handle general inquiries and provide assistance tocandidates during interview processes.

* Manage incoming calls efficiently, ensuring accurate andtimely routing to the appropriate individuals or departments.

* Prepare and issue Letters of Appointment to selectedcandidates in a timely manner.

Planning

1. Assist in school-initiated projects and provide project updates to the HOD / ICT and prepare any relevant documentation and guidelines pertaining to the project.

2. Assist school in the implementation of ICT programmes and ensure MOE policies and guidelines are strictly adhered to.

3. Assist the HOD / ICT and ICT Manager in ICT Inventory and asset management.

4. Supervise and coordinate tasks with other ICT Support Personnel in the school (Desktop Engineers (DEs) and vendors).

5. Assist in planning for a structured ICT training programmes for all staff and students.

6. Assist in setting up monitoring processes for all ICT related programmes or activities.

Administrative

1. Assist in design, maintenance and upkeep of the school website.

2. Design posters and collaterals for school.

Management of Resources

Training
