The Public Affairs Manager drives and executes on the company’s advocacy, issues management, and thought leadership agenda with a strong focus on public policy and regulatory affairs.  Working with the Asia Pacific region team, the incumbent will provide public policy depth necessary to represent the business on issues affecting trade, customs, aviation, supply chains and other regulatory matters.  The incumbent will report to the Region Vice President for Corporate Affairs and collaborate closely with business leaders and other Corporate Affairs team members throughout the Asia Pacific Region. 

This is a team contributor role, based in Singapore. 

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Government Affairs lead for Southeast Asia, Australia and New Zealand responsible for advocacy, issues management and thought leadership. 
• Analyze public policy issues and understand international best practices
• Represent the business in interactions with government, trade associations, and other stakeholders on policy and regulatory matters. 
• Act as liaison between UPS and external stakeholders, communicating to internal stakeholders to enhance understanding of stakeholder interests.    
• Develop programs to support Country Managers and business planning teams
• Develop and drive political and regulatory risk management mitigation plans.

• Cross discipline collaboration with Communications, Sustainability and Community Relations

Job Requirements:

• Minimum degree qualification in International Affairs, Political Science or equivalent
• At least five years relevant experience working on public policy issues with a good network amongst policy makers
• Demonstrate good grasp of regional and local politics and cultures
• Ability to gather information, analyze and synthesize for reporting and strategy development purposes
• Ability to communicate effectively, strong writing and public speaking skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, rigorous, and results-oriented environment
• Strong interpersonal, planning, organizing and execution skills a plus
• Focus on collective strategy, cross-functional collaboration and results

The Customer Technology Marketing Analyst supports the implementation and management of UPS's portfolio of technology applications and assists in deploying the go-to-market strategies for UPS technologies. He/She is required to gather data, analyse, and report on the performance of UPS's technology products and services contributing to business performance and improving customer experience. The analyst will also support the team with collection of market/competitive insights, managing product training, and addressing internal tech inquiries.

Job Responsibilities

• Assists Customer Technology Marketing Assistant Manager to implement Customer Technology plan
• Collects market insights and analyses customer needs to develop value propositions for UPS technology applications
• Assist in creating and maintaining internal and external collateral related to UPS technology applications
• Coordinates and conducts User Acceptance Testing (UAT) across functions and markets to validate UPS technology applications before launch
• Maintain an understanding of current customer technology applications, and follow up on internal inquiries about UPS technology products to facilitate knowledge transfer and issue resolution
• Supports the communication of UPS technology applications and campaign releases to internal stakeholders to facilitate understanding of enterprise initiatives
• Prepare, monitor and report on the performance of UPS technology products and develop initiatives to improve adoption rates
• Assist in building business cases to gain support for technology applications enhancements
• Participate in cross-functional and regional workgroups to identify and address opportunities and gaps through digital and technology value-adds

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related discipline.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Access) and Power BI data visualization tools

• Strong oral and written communication skills for cross-functional and regional interactions

• Proactive team player with a fast-learning ability and keen attention to detail

• Self-motivated with a positive working attitude

• Able to work independently under pressure

The Healthcare Business Planning & Marketing Operations Supervisor is responsible for the business planning process, initiatives reporting, successful implementation of campaigns and the monitoring of market and competitive environment. This role covers all business plan, reporting and initiatives tracking across Healthcare ISPK, GFF and HLD. With Global project management such as ISPK Churn initiative, extensive experience in Data Analytics is a must. This role reports to the APAC Marketing Director in the UPS Healthcare APAC Region organization

Job Responsibilities:

Business Planning & Reporting

• Responsible for the developing revenue and volume plans based on strategic growth goals.

• Analyzes product volume and revenue performance to report any variances to plan.

• Conducting analyses and presentations providing valuable insights to upper management.

• Works with other teams inside the organization for developing enhanced processes and tools.

• Lead Management

• Collaborate with Sales and other Marketing groups for implementing successful lead campaigns.

• Work close to the Healthcare Marketing Segment team to identify valuable customer segments.

• Developing data mining models, analyses, and reporting tools

• Execute from the lead management perspective segment specific campaigns, as well as measuring and reporting their success.

• Implements measurement plans to ensure effective tracking of campaigns.

• Balances multiple projects and deployment schedules to meet stakeholder goals and expectations

• Monitor the market and competitive environment to identify UPS competitive advantages.

• Shares in regular base the competitive insights with marketing, strategy and sales teams

Job Requirements:

• Possess a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain. A Master's or MBA is a plus.

• Min. 4 years working experience in marketing or analytics related role
