Job Summary

The Executive Vice President (EVP) – Electronics Audio Division is responsible for leading the overall strategy, business development, sales performance, and operational management of the Electronics Audio Division. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, strengthening key partnerships, and ensuring operational excellence within the division. The EVP will oversee strategic planning, product portfolio management, and regional market development to achieve the Company’s business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the overall strategy for the Electronics Audio Division in alignment with the Company’s corporate objectives.
• Identify new business opportunities, market segments, and strategic partnerships to expand the division’s market share.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements in the electronics and audio sector.
• Drive revenue growth and profitability of the division through effective sales strategies and market expansion initiatives.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and strategic partners.
• Lead negotiations for major contracts, partnerships, and business agreements.
• Build and develop a high-performing team through coaching, mentoring, and talent development initiatives.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Identify emerging technologies and product trends to ensure the division remains competitive.
• Support product launches and market positioning strategies.
• Ensure divisional activities comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
• Implement appropriate risk management and governance practices.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Electronics, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 12–15 years of relevant experience in the electronics, audio, or related industry, with at least 5–8 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record in business development, sales leadership, and divisional management.
• Strong commercial acumen and strategic planning capabilities.

• Designs, modifies, develops, writes and implements software programming applications and components.

• Supports and/or installs software applications and components.

• Works from written specifications and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.

• Maintains documentation of process flow. Primary Responsibilities:

• Utilize established development tools, guidelines and conventions including but not limited to Visual Studio, ASP.NET, SQL Server, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and C#/VB.NET

• Create and deliver data-driven reports.

• Design, code and test software applications.

• Enhance existing systems by analysing business objectives, preparing an action plan and identifying areas for modification and improvement.

• Maintain existing software systems by identifying and correcting software defects.

• Investigate and develop skills in new technologies.

• Create technical specifications and test plans.

• Create new and extend existing operational documentation.

• Work closely with the management related to projects and tasks.

Successful candidates required more than 3 years of experience in a professional capacity and a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field:· ASP.NET· SQL· HTML· CSS· JavaScript· C#/VB.NET

You must have a working knowledge of relational databases, web and client-server concepts, and be able to rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

Key Job Accountabilities (Actual daily deliverables):

·To support and maintain business web applications.

·To discuss with business users to understand business requirements for systems enhancements.

·To provide enhancement to the systems based on time to time business needs.

Responsibilities:

·To maintain and enhance operation web applications.

·To write technical procedures and documentation for the applications including operations, user guide, etc.

·To Investigate and resolve application functionality with vendor, if enhancement is needed.

·To assist in troubleshooting software application issues.

Required Experience and Qualifications (Required knowledge, skills and experience---however acquired):

·Degree / Diploma in Computer Science or Computer Engineering with at least 2-5 years’ of relevant experience

·Experiences in Platforms like VB6, ASP.Net, VB.Net, VB.net and Oracle and C#.net with J2EE & JavaScript are required.

·Hands on experience in Oracle & SQL Server databases SQL queries and stored procedures.

·Knowledge in Microsoft Access VBA will be added advantage.

·Knowledge in SQL Server Reporting Service will be added advantage.

·Been through at least 2 cycles of full SDLC Implementation.

·Understanding of the semiconductor industry business will be added advantage.

·Independent, strong analytical skills and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.

Working hour: 8am to 5.30pm, 5days

Job Description:

• Responsible for Equipment Uptime, Productivity and CIP.
• In-charge of PM planning, Equipment Maintenance, and Parts Management.
• Co-work with Engineer to resolve equipment/line issues.
• To improve and enhance machine performance and upgrade machine capability
• Able to work in a cleanroom environment.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
