Job Responsibilities:
1. Service & Repair Operations
• Perform service and repair tasks both in the field and at the workshop, ensuring high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction.
• Provide after-sales support to ensure equipment continues to operate efficiently post-delivery.
2. Technical Support & Troubleshooting
• Offer technical expertise in diagnosing and resolving machine breakdowns and operational issues.
• Assist the service team in complex troubleshooting, fault analysis, and breakdown resolution.
3. Sales of Service Contracts & Maintenance
• Actively promote and sell service contracts, machine repair, and maintenance services to both existing and prospective customers.
• Ensure service contracts are offered promptly—ideally within one month of equipment delivery, in coordination with the General Manager.
4. Customer Engagement & Site Visits
• Plan and conduct customer visits, providing detailed visit reports to management.
• Organize product demonstrations based on customer needs and requests.
5. Reporting & Documentation
• Ensure a service report is completed and signed by the customer after every service job.
• Maintain accurate records of spare parts usage, inventory levels, and service activities.
6. Equipment & Asset Responsibility
• Take full responsibility for all issued service tools, equipment, and company vehicles.
• Ensure proper use, maintenance, and safekeeping of all company assets under your care.
7. Safety & Compliance
• Adhere strictly to company safety policies, operational procedures, and housekeeping standards during all service activities.
8. Additional Duties
• Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management to support overall service operations.
Job Requirements:
• Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent technical discipline).
• At least 4–5 years of hands-on service experience in heavy-duty equipment, including installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical diagrams and hydraulic schematics.
Solid understanding of mechanical and electrical systems related to industrial or heavy machinery.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a service team in field environments.
