Job Description

You will support Operations team in performing commercial related matters not limited to the followings:

• You will manage all aspects of the commercial process for chosen projects, from the first point of contact to the point of sales closure. The projects will be selected based on the magnitude of revenue, type of clientele, or kind of project.
• You enter orders after engineering handed the material list.
• Ensure that you record and monitor sales in line with agreed processes.
• You make sure that the delivery of purchased products is prompt and that they are documented in Discos (Company’s Internal System).
• You record and bill invoices according to the contract promptly.
• To promptly address client queries related to delivery, return, and invoicing.
• To prepare project margin calculation via Dokacalc. / Excel (Company’s Internal System) according to contract.
• To ensure all contract documents are proper storage in S-drive (Company’s Internal Server).
• To establish communication with the finance team for implementing project CCM.
• You manage ongoing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Position Overview

As the Head of Engineering, you are an important member of the country management team, and you will be fully accountable for all topics related to Engineering and Product Management. You develop and manage your team ensuring that they are given the resources and opportunities they need to succeed. You enable them to provide the most suitable formwork designs for the challenging projects of our clients and to collaborate successfully within their team, with other departments and external parties.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Engineering Leadership & Strategy
  • Lead and manage the Engineering department, including workforce planning, structure, and performance management
  • Define and drive engineering strategies aligned with country business objectives
  • Ensure delivery of efficient, safe, and cost-effective engineering solutions
  • Monitor and drive departmental KPIs (e.g. design efficiency, project execution, resource utilization)
  • Drive adoption of BIM for formwork design to improve efficiency, coordination, and reduce rework
  • Strengthening engineering capabilities in high-rise and complex projects, positioning the organization as a leading solution provider
• Business Partnering & Commercial Support
  • Act as a key business partner to the Country Manager on strategic and operational decisions
  • Support project costing, technical-commercial proposals, and risk assessment
  • Drive engineering contributions towards improving project margins and overall business performance
  • Ensure engineering solutions are aligned with commercial and contractual requirements
  • Support execution of product strategy in alignment with regional direction and market needs
• Project & Technical Oversight
  • Promote and enforce strong project management practices across the Engineering function
  • Coordinate Group Leaders and engineering activities across projects to ensure alignment, efficiency, and timely delivery
  • Oversee engineering execution across all projects to ensure quality, safety, and compliance
  • Provide technical leadership for complex projects, claims, and site challenges
  • Ensure optimal balance between technical feasibility, cost efficiency, and customer expectations
  • Ensure all structural calculations and technical designs are reviewed and approved by qualified personnel
  • Ensure quality assurance standards are consistently applied for local production and engineering deliverables
  • Ensure full technical compliance with applicable local regulations and statutory requirements
  • Support resolution of internal and external technical issues, including claims and change requests

As Business Development Manager, Scaffolding Construction – APAC, you will be responsible for defining and driving the Ringlock shoring & scaffolding strategy across several key markets in the region, while identifying and developing new business opportunities. You will support our established sales teams by contributing with your practical and technical expertise in shoring & scaffolding and by actively pursuing selected sales leads. In addition, you will build and maintain a strong regional network and work closely with Doka headquarters, country organisations, and customers to ensure sustainable revenue growth. Clearly defined annual revenue targets will form part of your remuneration package.

Key Responsibilities 

• Refine and implement the Doka EAP shoring and scaffolding construction strategy in close collaboration with Doka Headquarters and local country organisations.  

• Lead structured, country-specific benchmarking activities to assess competitive positioning across key markets, including pricing, product specifications, finishing, and overall value proposition.  

• Translate insights into clear recommendations to strengthen market positioning and identify growth potential in each of the selected key markets. 

• Define revenue targets and strategic objectives in partnership with country management and sales teams.  

• Lead quotation processes for large-scale shoring & scaffolding projects and coordinate pre‑qualification documentation to support successful tenders.  

• Identify and understand country and project-specific product and service requirements (e.g. approvals, permits, licenses) and support local teams in fulfilling these requirements.  

• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of key shoring & scaffolding projects across the EAP region, covering both established and export markets.  

• Actively follow up on and successfully close identified sales leads.  

• Participate in customer visits together with local sales teams to support business development activities.  

• Build and maintain a robust network of relevant internal and external stakeholders across the region.  

• Share best practices with local teams, including shoring & scaffolding solutions, workflows, and contract management approaches.  

• Promote internal shoring & scaffolding expertise through one‑to‑one support as well as structured training sessions for sales and engineering teams.
