Job Description
· Provide essential support to the sales team
· Enhance customers experience and engagement by providing service information and resolving any service problems
· Maintain and develop close relations with existing customers and vendors
· Coordinate closely with all parties to provide good service to our customers
· Liaise with overseas agents
· Follow up closely with vendors and customers to ensure smooth delivery of goods/shipments
· Declaration of permit with zero error
· Manage documentation for billing and closing of job files after completion of shipments
Requirements
· Min 2 years of customer service experience
· Proficiency in both English and Chinese as there is a need to communicate and liaise with counterparts in China
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· Strong networking abilities
· Critical thinking skills
· Proactive and able to work efficiently
