Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable Office / Personal Assistant to support both business and personal matters with administrative duties, errands, and driving responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage business and personal administrative tasks to ensure efficient daily operations
• Complete errands such as banking, shopping, and document delivery to support business and personal needs
• Drive employer and family members safely to school, appointments, and events while adhering to traffic laws
• Schedule and coordinate regular vehicle maintenance and servicing to maintain vehicle reliability
• Perform basic office tasks to support smooth office functioning
• Respond flexibly to ad hoc business and personal duties as required

Required competencies and certifications

• Hold a valid Singapore Class 3 or 3A driving licence
• Confidently and safely drive larger vehicles such as MPVs and SUVs
• Navigate Singapore roads effectively using navigation apps
• Maintain a clean driving record and practice responsible driving habits

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience supporting business owners or families in administrative or personal assistant roles
• Demonstrate punctuality and responsiveness to handle last-minute or ad hoc requests
• Exhibit responsibility, trustworthiness, and maintain confidentiality
