Position: Trade & Customer Service Executive – Global Key Accounts
Location: Singapore
Reporting to: Trade Manager & Owner’s Representative
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
Support the planning and execution of pricing strategies across assigned trades
Monitor booking trends, equipment utilization, and space forecasts to optimize performance
Prepare quotations, tender submissions, and trade performance reports
Liaise closely with agents, sales teams, and operations to ensure smooth cargo coordination
Conduct market research and competitor rate analysis to support commercial decisions
Maintain and update trade-related documentation, including tariffs and service information
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in container shipping or trade support roles
- Familiarity with global port pairs, trade lanes, and cargo mix is preferred
- Strong organizational skills, proactive mindset, and solid analytical capabilities
- Good command of English and Chinese (both spoken and written); additional regional languages are an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and presentation tools
- Willingness to travel as required by the company
- Ability to work independently and perform under pressure
