Job Description
We are looking for a highly driven CEI-certified Employment Agency Personnel / Recruitment Business Partner to grow our recruitment and manpower solutions business.
This role is ideal for independent, entrepreneurial individuals who are passionate about recruitment, business development, and social media lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and develop new employer leads through social media, networking, and referrals
- Build strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to successful placement
- Conduct interviews, shortlist candidates, and coordinate client interviews
- Develop business opportunities for local and foreign manpower placements
- Use TikTok, Xiaohongshu, LinkedIn, and other channels for lead generation
- Follow up on placements and ensure client satisfaction
Job Requirements
- Must possess CEI certification (mandatory)
- Prior recruitment, sales, or employment agency experience preferred
- Strong sales and business development mindset
- Comfortable using social media for lead generation
- Self-driven, independent, and result-oriented
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Demonstrates resilience, persistence, and a never-give-up attitude
- Able to manage own time and work independently
