Job Description & Requirements

We are looking for an IT intern who can commit to at least 3 months. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in IT support and infrastructure, working alongside experienced professionals in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware and software, including operating systems and applications
• Observe and support Microsoft 365 administration tasks (Intune, Entra ID, SharePoint, Exchange, Defender)
• Provide Level 1 support: log, diagnose, and resolve basic IT issues for local and remote users
• Update and maintain help-desk tickets and documentation
• Regularly update asset inventory lists
• Collaborate on IT projects, coordinating with vendors under supervision
• Ad hoc assignments from the IT Manager

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Able to commit for at least 3 months (5 days per week), starting in June 2026
• Basic familiarity with Windows operating systems and networking conceptsation Technology, or a related field
• Basic familiarity with Windows operating systems and networking concepts
• Eagerness to learn Microsoft 365 and cloud-based server administration
• Proactive and attentive to detail
• Good communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team

Responsibilities

• Manage full or partial sets of accounts, ensuring accurate recording and compliance with GST and statutory regulations for client portfolios
• Administer accounting processes and maintain financial records for a diverse client base to support timely and accurate reporting
• Prepare financial statements and reports aligned with clients’ internal policies and statutory requirements to facilitate informed decision-making
• Execute comprehensive payroll functions for clients, including processing monthly CPF contributions and preparing IR8A tax submissions to ensure regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with the Outsourcing Department to perform ad hoc accounting and administrative duties as required, supporting operational efficiency

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accountancy, ISCA, ACCA, or other relevant professional qualifications
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word to support reporting and presentation needs
• Practical knowledge of various accounting software to enhance accounting process efficiency
• Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships effectively
• Meticulous and organized approach with demonstrated initiative to proactively solve problems
• Positive working attitude and eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
• Good command of English to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members
