ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan daily production schedule based on order priority
Monitor progress and adjust plan when needed
Coordinate and ensure operational alignment with the production plan and KPIs
Coordinate closely with Sales, Production, and Delivery teams to meet customers’ request
Maintain direct communication with customers regarding delivery deadlines
Issue work orders and ensure BBS accuracy
Highlight delays and solve planning issues immediately
Ensure that production output meets planned schedules and quality requirements
Prepare and update production performance reports
Supervise the activities of the logistics and data entry clerk
COMPETENCE & REQUIREMENTS
Diploma or Degree in inManufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or any related field
Experience in production planning (steel/rebar preferred)

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the daily delivery schedule, including transport arrangements, route planning, and end-to-end delivery processing to ensure maximum efficiency.
Synchronize logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites, collaborating closely with drivers and stakeholders to optimize processes.
Prepare and issue mill certificates for every delivery.
Stay informed about transportation's regulation and ensure full compliance with LTA requirement.
Oversee the completion of daily safety checklists for all prime movers and trailers. Oversee drivers’ orientation, which includes self-collection drivers.
Generate delivery orders/packing list, ensure signed copies are collected from drivers on timely basis, and verify overtime hours for submission to the accounting team for invoice processing.
Required Skills:
Proficient in basic MS Office programs and web-based work order systems
Working Hours: - Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm & Saturday 8:30am - 12:30pm
