Role Summary 

This is the Full-time Internship in 6 months. You will support senior client partnership leader at a growing global software company - and get real exposure to how enterprise client relationships are actually managed. You'll report directly to Client Partnership Director, and work as part of Account Management team. The team serves global B2B clients across industries including Fintech, Retail & E-commerce, and IT Services.

What You'll Do 

• Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and follow-up notes for client calls and internal AM team sessions, turning raw inputs into clean, ready-to-use documents.  
• Track open action items and account activities across the AM team, flagging overdue items and keeping status current without being asked.  
• Draft and proof routine client-facing emails, reports, and presentation slides in English under the Director's guidance.  
• Handle ad-hoc coordination tasks — scheduling across time zones, organizing internal documents, and supporting the AM team on logistics as needed. 

We are dedicated to excellence in B2B Marketing and IT services. The Marketing Interns will support marketing activities that drive brand awareness, content development, and lead generation for the company’s IT outsourcing services across multiple digital channels.

1. Content Marketing & SEO 

• Create and support the production of B2B content including blog posts, case studies, social media posts, email newsletters, and marketing materials.
• Maintain the content calendar to ensure consistent publishing aligned with marketing goals.
• Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency with brand voice.
• Write SEO-friendly blog posts and optimize on-page content to improve search rankings and organic traffic.

2. Growth Marketing (Lead generation)

• Support outbound lead generation campaigns through LinkedIn and cold email.
• Monitor campaign performance (open rate, reply rate, conversion).

3. Podcast, Webinar & Video Projects

• Support the planning and execution of podcasts, webinars, and video content, including topic research, script preparation, guest coordination, and promotion.
• Assist with basic production and promotion of multimedia content.

​​​​​​​​​​​​​​4. Market Research: Research IT outsourcing trends and competitors to support marketing strategy and identify new opportunities.

5.Team Collaboration

• Work closely with designers, sales and production teams to align marketing activities with business objectives.
• Participate in regular team meetings and contribute ideas to improve marketing performance.

The QA Intern will support the QA team in executing test cases, identifying defects, and validating product functionality across web and mobile applications. This role will work closely with developers and product teams to ensure features are tested properly before release. 

Start Date: April 2026 | If the VeryPay projects expands and resource needs to increase, there may be an opportunity for long-term engagement.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Execute test cases for web, mobile, and backend APIs.

• Perform manual testing to identify defects, inconsistencies, and usability issues.

• Verify bug fixes and regression testing before product releases.

• Report and track issues using Jira or similar bug tracking tools.

• Collaborate with developers and product managers to clarify requirements and reproduce issues.

• Assist in maintaining test documentation, including test cases and test reports.

• Support basic automation testing if automation frameworks already exist.

• Participate in sprint testing activities within an Agile development process.
