Key Responsibilities:

Source, compare, and purchase required materials, tools, and supplies according to company requirements.

Negotiate with suppliers for best price, quality, and delivery terms.

Requirements:

Possess a valid Class 3 driving license (Class 4 will be an advantage).

At least 1 year of relevant experience in purchasing or driving duties.

Good knowledge of roads in Singapore.

Able to communicate in English (and other languages will be a plus).

Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently.

Physically fit to handle goods loading/unloading.

• Perform diving operations such as underwater inspection, hull cleaning, propeller polishing, blanking etc. of vessels and barges
• Able to use brush kart, CCTV & Underwater digital camera etc.
• Operate compressors and hydraulic power units
• Able to carry out basic underwater welding of non-structural components
• Compliance in accordance with SS511 & Company codes standards.
• Carry out various underwater diving tasks in accordance with company procedures, diving supervisor’s instruction
• Carry out various equipment and maintenance checks in the warehouse and on site, Carry out housekeeping of the warehouse and job sites including boats
• Maintain their personal diving logbook up to date and diving certification and be able to produce these on demand, reports to the Diving Supervisor

• Observe local and safety policies/procedures whilst at work and during all diving projects, safety orientated and ‘can do’ attitude in a team environment

 · Manage all finance functions of the Company - general ledger, billings/AR, payments/AP, GST, budgeting and cashflow forecasting, bank account management

Work with external vendors over corporate secretarial matters, annual financial report and tax and statutory filings

· Liaise with external parties, including bankers, auditors, tax authorities Corporate – Human Resources

· Overseas and maintains the organizations foreign currency market position.

· Executes foreign currency transactions for clients. Establishes local exchange rates for retail customers based on market fluctuations.

· communicates rates to and directs other staff accordingly.

· Overseeing and reviewing works done by the finance team.

· Producing financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses etc.

· Developing long-term business plans based on these reports.

Roles & Duties

1. Financial Management:

Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
Monitor financial transactions and ensure accuracy.
Coordinate payroll processing and compliance with tax regulations.
Support audits and help maintain internal controls.
Manage expense tracking and reimbursement processes.
Assist with financial analysis to support decision-making.

2. Human Resources Management:

Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes.
Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy.
Help implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance with labor laws.Support employee performance evaluation processes.Coordinate training and development initiatives.
Manage attendance, leave tracking, and employee benefits administration.
Address employee queries regarding HR and payroll matters.

3. Coordination & Communication:Liaise between finance and HR teams for smooth operations.
Communicate policy changes and updates to employees.
Prepare and present reports to senior management.
Support employee engagement and organizational culture initiatives.

• Assist with the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements

• Responsible for managing full sets of accounts using the AutoCount Accounting System for the main company and UBS Accounting System for related companies. Perform monthly closing activities, ensuring timely preparation of financial records and accurate reconciliation of accounts.

• Responsible for preparing monthly expense analysis reports for management review, performing monthly bank reconciliations, and preparing quarterly GST reports to ensure accurate and timely GST submissions.

• Monitor the company’s bank balances and prepare supplier payment schedules for management approval.

• Perform monthly stock inventory reconciliation and ensure accurate recording of stock valuation in the AutoCount Accounting System.

• Support daily sales invoicing operations when required and undertake ad-hoc assignments as directed by the Accounts Manager.

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions in a timely manner

• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors and tax authorities

• Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed
  
  What we're looking for

• Relevant degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• At least 2 years of experience as an Assistant Accountant or in a similar role

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices

• Proficient in the use of accounting software, such as AUTOCOUNT, AXERO or Sage

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

The Diving Technician is responsible for the repair, maintenance and working performance of all diving life-saving equipment, machinery and tools. The dive technician will work closely with the other maintenance personnel and report directly to the Fleet Manager. His duties and responsibilities are (but not limited to):

1. To carry out the repairs and maintenance of all diving life-saving equipment, machinery and tools and to ensure that they are ready for use as and when required

2. ⁠To immediately report to the Fleet manager any diving life-saving equipment failure that will affect diving operations. To be ready to provide feasible solutions and rectify the issues.

3. ⁠To carry out all work in compliance with national regulations and where required, to international codes of practice and best practice at all times.

4. ⁠comply with Company’s safety standards, procedures and practices whilst at work at all times.

5. ⁠To ensure Risk Assessments and SOPs are followed for all work.

6. ⁠To be prepared to travel out to sea when required to repair equipment on site

7. ⁠To ensure all diving life-saving equipment, machinery and tools, and any other related equipment are routinely maintained, tested and in-dated in accordance with the Planned Maintenance System

8. ⁠To accurately log and update all repairs and maintenance in the PMS program when carrying out such works

9. ⁠To ensure all planned and unplanned maintenance are carried out by safe work processes.

10. ⁠To provide any support for the overall operations of the warehouse, office facilities and property maintenance if required

11. ⁠To manage, store and control hazardous materials in compliance with local regulations

12. ⁠ To ensure the diving life-saving equipment, spare parts and consumables inventory is updated, maintained and accurate at all times.

13. ⁠To report stock levels and carry out the control, issue and return of diving life-saving equipment, consumables and spares.

14. ⁠To ensure the diving life-saving equipment annual audit is conducted and any non-conformances closed out.

15. ⁠Fully understand and implement the procedures and working practices as laid down in the company manuals and other documentation.

16. ⁠To carry out any task in line with the position role and responsibility and on mutual agreement between employer and employee.
