• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in strategic sourcing or category management for electrical or mechatronic components.
• Experience working closely with engineering and manufacturing teams on technical sourcing projects.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and supplier management skills.
• Able to interpret drawings, BOMs, and technical specifications.
• Experience supporting supplier involvement during product development stages is advantageous.
• Independent, proactive, and effective in a fast-moving environment.
