Requirements

• 8+ years of project management experience within banking, fintech or financial services
• Excellent stakeholder management, coordination, and communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and business teams.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are a plus with Experience in Agile/Scrum environment and framework, e.g. sprint planning, sprint review, backlog grooming, etc.
• Strong expertise in managing technology obsolescence projects and modernizing legacy banking systems.
• Proven ability to develop business cases and articulate the strategic impact of technology projects.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to pitch ideas clearly to senior stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Experienced of having direct responsibility for project with budget size of $10 to $20 million.
• Exposure to Lean/Six Sigma or process re-engineering.

Education:

·         Bachelors’ Degree in Computer Science or related field.

1.       Strong hands-on experience in Unix/Linux systemadministration, including installation and configuration and troubleshooting ofJBoss AppServer, JBoss WebServer and Apache.

2.       Hands-on experience in setting up SSL encryption,JBoss Vault, Oracle wallet and related security setups
