Responsibilities
Coordinate day-to-day administrative activities for insolvency and corporate restructuring engagements to ensure smooth case management
Communicate effectively with creditors and regulatory bodies to facilitate compliance and information exchange during insolvency processes
Support investigations into the affairs of wound-up companies by gathering and analyzing relevant information to aid asset recovery and distribution
