• Manage Human Resource management functions (manpower planning, recruitment, on­boarding, training & development, policies review, payroll verification, monthly HR reports etc)
• Oversee and refine employee standards and procedures, using existing HR systems as well as improved or recommended processes
• Recruitment efforts, and prepare employees for their assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs
• Ensure compliance of regulations with CPF, IRAS, MOM, WDA and other agencies

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field

Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

Proven experience in project management or a similar role

Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)

Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
